Thank God that our salvation is not based on any man. Not me, not any political leader(s), not any church organization leader, not any religious leader, not any industry leader .
Thank God that no man or woman is the champion of the body of Christ.
Thank God that we only look up to Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith.
Thank God that God is Spirit and those that will worship Him, must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
Thank God Jesus said “sanctify them by thy truth, your Word is truth”.
Salvation cannot be found in any man, no matter their titles, charisma or seeming intellect. Only in Jesus.
The Word of He Who fills all things encourages us to be like the Bereans: Filter everything we hear by the Word of God.
We ought to cease from the adulation of men. We ought to stop following men. All men are weak and vulnerable to deception.
Only God deserves our complete attention and His Son Jesus Christ and His Word.
We must stop the adulation of men, no matter how enterprising, no matter how successful an empire building franchise they seem to orchestrate.
Quit scraping and fawning over mere humans, so full of themselves, so full of hot air!
Can’t you see there’s nothing to them?
Isaiah 2:22 MSG
And again, the same scripture:
Cease ye from [weak, frail, and dying] man, whose breath is in his nostrils [for so short a time];
they are all going to die, so how can they help.

But for right now, until that completeness, we have three things to do to lead us toward that consummation:
Trust steadily in God, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly. And the best of the three is LOVE.
